Accuracy depends on how clearly the card is captured. Cardenius can read business cards captured from different angles, extracts the visible details, and lets you review every field before saving. Blurred, out-of-focus or unreadable text may reduce recognition accuracy.

Your Cardenius contacts are stored locally on your device by default. App Lock can protect access with biometric authentication or a PIN. Premium cloud backup is optional and encrypted before upload.
New accounts receive a 15-day Premium trial automatically with no credit card required. During the trial you can explore Premium features such as Event Mode, Batch Scan, Map View, Meeting Mode, exports, encrypted cloud backup and additional Card Studio options. The 50-contact storage limit still applies during the trial; unlimited contacts are available with a Premium subscription.
Cardenius combines AI business card scanning with 100+ language support, Indian-script recognition, Event Mode, Batch Scan, WhatsApp follow-ups, reminders, lead tracking, digital business cards and flexible contact export in one app.
Your contacts are not deleted. If you have more than 50 contacts, Cardenius switches to read-only mode so you can continue to view, search and delete contacts. You can resume adding and editing by subscribing again or reducing your saved contacts to 50 or fewer. With 50 or fewer contacts, the normal Free plan continues.
